Ordering was simple and straightforward. I was happy with all email correspondence keeping me updated with my receipt and when the order was being dispatched etc.I ordered a bunch of flowers one afternoon and hadn’t realised I’d clicked on delivery for the same day- I didn’t mean to do this. Couldn’t believe when 2 or 3 hours later the recipient contacted me to thank me for their beautiful flowers. Absolutely amazing service, and the flowers went down extremely well.

The service was prompt and fast, just as advertised on the website. The bouquet was delivered within a few hours. The gentleman who delivered the flowers was exceptionally polite and cheerful, exactly how someone delivering flowers should be. Cannot recommend le Jardin Sauvage highly enough!! Having been extremely disappointed by an online florist when buying flowers for my grandmother, I decided to order from a local florist direct - le jardin sauvage. The quality and quantity of flowers is second to none - absolutely stunning bouquet and value for money. Will not hesitate to order from this florist again in the near future!!
